Strong collaboration with CROs and internal stakeholders is essential for delivering robust, compliant results. The candidate will mentor biostatisticians, champion innovative methods, and contribute to strategy and process improvements across Biometry.

Qualifications

• MS in statistics with strong biostatistics foundation.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience with PhD or 12+ years with MS.
• Expertise in SAS, R, CDISC standards and statistical programming.

Responsabilités

• Lead program-level biostatistics in cross-functional teams.
• Provide strategic leadership within neuroscience programs.
• Oversee CROs and statistical service providers to ensure rigor and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and defend statistics for regulatory submissions and scientific publications.
