Ipsen Biopharm Ltd is seeking a Senior Director of Statistical Innovation to lead innovative methodology and data-driven decision support across Ipsen’s R&D portfolio. You will oversee a 3–5 person quantitative team and work with teams across Clinical Development, Biostatistics, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure rigorous, regulatory-aligned statistical approaches.

The role focuses on design, simulation, and predictive analytics to improve development decisions, study efficiency, and portfolio

Qualifications

• PhD or MS/MSc in statistics or quantitative discipline.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech/CRO with quantitative focus.
• Deep expertise in trial design, modelling, and predictive analytics.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategy and capability building for Statistical Innovation across a 3–5 person team.
• Advise on innovative trial designs including adaptive, Bayesian, master protocol, interim analyses and simulation.
• Develop simulation frameworks to optimize sample size and go/no-go decisions.
• Lead modelling across development including disease progression, dose/regimen, patient journeys, digital twins, virtual controls.
• Drive data mining and predictive modelling to identify prognostic factors and subgroups.
• Represent Biometry in governance, asset reviews, development planning, due diligence and external discussions.
