Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Machine Learning engineer to build, deploy and maintain biosignal analysis models for sleep, neurological, and psychiatric therapy development. You will collaborate with data scientists, neuroscientists, engineers and clinicians across the full lifecycle of model development and deployment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience in ML/DL, health sciences or regulated fields.
• Experience with DSP and statistics; choose the right tool for the job.
• Proficient in PyTorch or similar DL frameworks.
• Familiar with DL advances (Transformer/ViT, large models).
• Follows best practices in software/ML engineering: testing, VCS, docs, CI/CD, experiment tracking.

Responsabilités

• Lead biosignal-based algorithm development lifecycle for medical devices.
• Select and develop appropriate methods; apply DL when suitable.
• Enhance internal ML tools and models; foster rapid experimentation.
• Ensure implementations are user-friendly, documented, tested, and non-regression tested.
• Present results to stakeholders and support client engagement.
• Support client-focused projects to measure impact of Beacon algorithms.
