Amazon EU SARL (FR) is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to own analytics across EU Customer Experience programmes and Catalogue Health. You will design data models and measurement frameworks, build production-grade data pipelines, and deliver insights that influence product direction across ten European marketplaces.

You will also contribute to AI-powered self-serve analytics capabilities, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large data sets.
• Experience with the theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis of results.
• Experience with AWS technologies.
• Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate data and business needs.
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and delivery of analytical data products (datamarts, automated reporting, deep-dive frameworks, AI-powered self-serve tools).
• Define and track success metrics for programmes lacking measurement, collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Build analytics connecting catalogue quality to customer outcomes (engagement, conversion, abandonment).
• Develop measurement frameworks for emerging AI-powered shopping experiences to guide scale or pivots.
• Contribute to AI-powered self-serve analytics suites, enabling product teams from question to insight to action.
• Build prioritisation and scoring models using Python on large retail datasets to influence resource allocation.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses challenging assumptions and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Product and Program Managers to translate goals into measurable frameworks and roadmap insights.
