Magellan is seeking a Senior Manager – Banking to autonomously lead projects with top banking organisations. You will contribute to proposals, build the sector business, and recruit staff as needed.

You will report to CODIR/COMEX, shape the practice strategy, and drive activity across recruitment, proposals, and client management. You will present topics to CODIR and COMEX, supervise a team of Managers and Senior Consultants, and participate in internal life and events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading banking sector projects.
• Ability to present to CODIR/COMEX.
• Strong recruitment and staffing skills.

Responsabilités

• As a Senior Manager – Banking (M/F), you autonomously manage one or more projects with leading organisations in the sector and their ecosystems.
• Autonomously manage one or more projects with leading organisations in the sector and their ecosystems.
• Contribute to commercial proposals and develop the Banking sector business (prospecting, networking, pre-sales, pitches and proposals)
• Take ownership of your recruitment and staffing
• Be accountable for your client account
• Manage your own team of Managers and Senior Consultants
• Define your practice strategy (recruitment, business, offerings) with the Executive Committee (CODIR) and Management Board (COMEX)
• Play an active role in the strategic decision-making of your practice (market intelligence, business curiosity)
• Participate in the firm's internal life (recruitment, event organisation, forum participation)
• Present topics to the Executive Committee (CODIR) and Management Board (COMEX)
