Magellan in Paris invites a Senior Manager to rapidly lead topics for the Executive Committee and the Board within our Insurance Practice, joining a team undergoing a profound transformation.

You will act as project manager or business analysis support, coordinate client teams, take ownership of staffing, mentor consultants, contribute to practice development, participate in proposals and internal life, and help drive sector leadership.

Qualifications

• Lead insurance projects and staff management.
• Coordinate teams across client engagements in insurance.
• Support the development of consultants and senior consultants.

Responsabilités

• Act as project manager or business analysis support within Insurance sector disciplines.
• Coordinate the various project teams of our clients.
• Take ownership of staffing.
• Support the competency development of consultants and senior consultants within the team.
• Be an active contributor to Practice development (sector watch, business development, news, offer creation).
• Participate in commercial proposals.
• Participate in the firm's internal life (recruitment, event organisation, forum participation).
• Rapidly lead topics for the Executive Committee and the Board.
