Swan is Europe’s embedded banking specialist. We’re building banking into software products with brands of our clients. As Senior Regulatory Officer, you’ll support compliance across banking activities, ensuring alignment with laws and guiding product development.

You’ll collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Product teams to monitor regulatory changes and uphold Swan’s regulatory framework. You’ll help refine contracts and terms, support partnerships, and improve internal documentation

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial regulatory matters is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Advise Swan's teams on all banking regulatory matters.
• Contribute to execution and improvement of partnership and supplier agreements.
• Update general and specific terms and conditions for users.
• Act as a point of contact for the Risk team in product deployment.
• Ensure products comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
