Trustpair is hiring two engineers to build a scalable, efficient product in our Engineering Department. You will design and implement features, collaborate across teams, and contribute to a robust, secure platform trusted by 550+ enterprises.

The role emphasizes modern Ruby on Rails tech, autonomous product ownership, and ongoing architectural improvements within a fast-growing company. Hybrid or full-remote options in France are available.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Ruby on Rails back end development.
• Ability to conceive the technical design of a complex product feature.
• Experience on working on a rapidly growing product; knowledge of architectural models of large scale web applications.
• Experience working in an Agile environment like Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience in API development and knowledge of resilience, scalability and security constraints.
• Fluent in English.
• Desire to work on longer term technical challenges & accomplish them.

Responsabilités

• Take the lead in creating innovative features by following best practices and maintaining exceptional code quality.
• Engage in every phase of the SDLC; contribute to the architecture, code development, and oversee the launch of new releases.
• Support critical services for our customers which ensures the security of their payments.
• Keep a finger on the pulse of the technology landscape. Identify emerging technologies and industry trends, and be proactive in recommending relevant improvements to our existing stack.
• Lead by example in practices such as code reviews, Test-Driven Development (TDD), pair programming, writing clean and maintainable code, etc

About the role

Integrated into our talented Engineering Department, we have two positions open, you’ll work on creating a scalable and efficient product which consistently meets the needs of our clients. You’ll work on collaborative topics such as designing new features & functionalities, implementation, development and even testing the application.

Trustpair’s engineering team works with the latest technologies, as a Cellular Organization, meaning we reshape and adapt to ensure our teams stay autonomous, independent and have impact on the decisions made.

This is a permanent contract (CDI), suitable for candidates basedin France. Hybrid or full remote within France is possible.

Must-Haves:
