Airnity, a fast-growing French telecoms company, is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to own and operate core services in a fully remote setup in France. You will work on B/OSS API, Datalake, and provisioning gateway, ensuring reliability, observability, and scalable design.

You bring solid production experience as a backend engineer, be fluent in English (French helpful), and know Elixir. You will influence architecture, implement CI/CD, and contribute to internal tooling and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Backend Engineer in production systems.
• Strong Elixir knowledge and distributed systems experience.
• Experience with cloud native tooling (GCP, CI/CD) appreciated.
• Willingness to work remotely from France and communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Design and oversee backend architecture of core services.
• Implement and operate CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
• Write clear documentation for internal users and teams.
• Own components end-to-end in a manager-free, autonomous setup.
