Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in back-end development.
• Experience writing production-grade systems in Python is desirable.
• Knowledge of frontend development and related frameworks is a plus.

We are looking for a talented Senior Backend Engineer (Python) who will play a key role in the development of Blitz, our real-money gaming platform.

Role

• Design and implement services that plug and play with the existing microservice ecosystem
• Contribute to choice of the technology stack and observe best practices for reliability and availability
• Explore and solve open-ended problems that span across the back-end and infrastructure

Profile

• Excellent back-end programming skills with 4+ years of experience
• A good understanding of the basics of algorithms and databases
• Write readable, maintainable, and testable code
• Experience with any cloud infrastructure provider (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• The willingness to learn and evolve
• Nice to have: Experience writing production-grade systems in Python
• Nice to have: Experience with microservice architecture and highly distributed systems
• Nice to have: Experience with Payment Services Providers
• Nice to have: Knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks associated (Bootstrap, JQuery, Vue.js, …)
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform
