Voodoo is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to own the Golang-based backend platform for scalable mobile games. You will work closely with client-developers and game designers from feature design through delivery and iteration.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of backend experience, strong CS fundamentals, SQL/NoSQL mastery, and a passion for scalable architectures in cross-functional agile teams. The role offers remote work across the EU with competitive pay.

Formación

• 7+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals.
• Extreme fluency in Golang.
• Mastery of SQL and NoSQL.
• Background in high-scale systems.
• Understanding of Unix-like environments.
• Experience working in cross-functional agile teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain backend platform for highly scalable mobile games.
• Collaborate with client-developers and game designers from feature design to delivery, validation and iteration.
• Handle infrastructure, API design and coding, plus client-side integration using Golang.
