Jobgether SRL is seeking a Software Engineer - Crypto in France to design and build exchange, market-making, wallet, and tokenization systems serving millions of users. You will own technical solutions in a globally distributed, autonomy-driven team focused on reliability and performance.

You will work on high-throughput, low-latency systems, collaborating with traders and engineers to meet demanding financial market requirements. Strong Go experience and cloud familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend software development experience.
• Proven experience building trading systems or high-throughput, low-latency financial systems.
• Hands-on crypto-related product or infrastructure experience.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain exchange and market-making systems at scale.
• Develop services for crypto wallets, funding, tokenization, and related infra.
• Architect and implement backend services and web apps with modern practices.
• Handle high-throughput, low-latency workloads with reliability and fault tolerance.
• Maintain testing standards, code quality, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical decision-making.
• Investigate production incidents and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
• Take on-call responsibilities when required.
