Blank Space Recruitment in Paris is seeking a Senior Audiovisual Technician to lead the setup and operation of AV systems at high-profile corporate events, from launches to conferences.

You will test, maintain, prepare and repair equipment before shows, troubleshoot on the fly, and collaborate closely with venue staff, clients, and teammates to deliver an exceptional client experience. The role also offers a clear progression path within AV and production teams.

The Role

As Senior Audiovisual Technician you will be responsible for setting up and operating audiovisual systems in a corporate event environment, while ensuring an excellent experience for the client. You will be looking after testing, maintaining, preparing, and repairing equipment prior to an event. Setting up and operating the equipment and troubleshooting any issues is key across a range of corporate events.

About you

We are looking for a solid understanding across all AV disciplines, ideally with a bias in Audio. You will understand the technical elements of the role and be comfortable in problem solving and thinking on your feet to rectify any issues. Being able to work closely with the venue, the client and your colleagues as a team is crucial and professional communication style will be needed.
