HCL Technologies - Microsoft Business Applications Practice is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to join our growing team. This individual will collaborate with business analysts and team members to design solutions, including system design, data integration, and migration.
The Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect is responsible for meeting customer requirements and project completion. You should be comfortable leading customer workshops, managing functional consultants, development teams (on and off-shore), and working with project managers to report progress, risks, and issues. You will liaise with internal and customer stakeholders, adjusting communication as needed.
Role Responsibilities:
- Act as a Functional/Technical/Integration Lead, demonstrating methodology, standards, and best practices.
- Lead workshops, document requirements, and design solutions.
- Understand team capabilities and schedule work accordingly.
- Architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions and integrations.
- Create and review Solution, Functional, and Technical Specifications.
- Design, develop, review, and test customized Dynamics CE code.
- Stay current on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related technologies.
- Mentor senior staff to grow team expertise.
- Advise customers on CRM best practices.
- Work with Power Platform functionalities such as Canvas Apps, Power Portals, and Model-Driven Apps.
- Manage Data Migration for D365.
- Handle Application Lifecycle Management.
Desired Skills:
- Omnichannel experience including Contact Center, Unified Routing, Workforce Management, and Bots.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a consultancy environment.
- At least 5 years as a technical or solution architect with Dynamics 365.
- Experience with at least 5 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Expertise in modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Social Engagement, USD, PSA, Field Service, or Portals.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration and Architecture patterns.
- Familiarity with UML, BPMN, and ArchiMate is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple large projects (6-24 months).
- Strong understanding of business processes in sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
