Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Associate IT Support to deliver Level 2 support for CDSClear production and test environments, ensuring stability across platforms and services. You will participate in an on‑call rota to cover extended US trading hours and work with First Line Risk, Operations and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

Hands-on IT production support for trade management and risk platforms.
Strong Unix, SQL, Control-M, web services, and networking knowledge.
Willingness to participate in on‑call and late‑shift coverage as needed.
Experience with AWS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Deliver Level 2 IT support for CDSClear production and test environments.
Lead incident management, including escalation and cross-team coordination.
Coordinate Disaster Recovery testing and participate in Business Continuity activities.
Own change governance and ensure quality gates prior to deployment.
Collaborate with Development teams to improve release reliability and automation.
