Job summary

Qonto is seeking an Android Engineer to build the mobile experience used by hundreds of thousands of European businesses. You’ll own features end-to-end, from discovery and design through rollout, in a Kotlin-based modular codebase.

You will drive technical decisions with Product, Design, Backend, and Frontend teams, raise reliability, improve performance, and mentor peers to raise engineering standards in an AI-first environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Android native development with Kotlin.
• Strong testing mindset (unit/UI) and clean code.
• Ability to solve problems under ambiguity and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with AI coding tools daily.
• Collaborative communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities
