Your mission We are looking for a Senior Android Engineer to join us on the development of BlaBlaCar Daily within the Features squad known as DFE. You will work on technical challenges and product feature developments from conception to deployment, including observability and support.

Your responsibilities

• Participate in the entire application development lifecycle: product meetings, architecture design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Support and collaborate with fellow engineers to develop Android projects.
• Adapt existing features and lead technical projects, addressing scalability, code quality, and testability challenges.
• Promote Android development best practices, including clean architecture and pattern usage.
• Lead technical projects to ensure successful delivery.

Your qualifications

• Strong experience in Android reactive development: Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flows, RxJava, Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with Clean Architecture & Modularization.
• Knowledge of Design Systems.
• Testing mindset with JUnit, Mockk, instrumented tests.
• Leadership and ownership skills aligned with business priorities.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-growing, innovative environment.
