Inato is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer, Product to own how data moves from Inato's platform into the hands of product squads, CS and Marketing teams, sponsors and sites. You’ll enable trusted self-service at scale and ship data products directly into the user experience.

You’ll report to the Data Director and work with PMs, engineers and designers, plus CS and Sponsor/Site Ops, using Segment, Airbyte, Dagster, BigQuery, dbt, Hex, FullStory, and more.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an Analytics Engineer or hybrid data engineer/analyst with ownership.
• Strong dbt and warehouse modeling skills (we use BigQuery).
• Own data products end-to-end: definition → ship → measurable adoption.
• A genuine product mindset - you start from the user's problem, not from the SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-data stakeholders.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity - turn vague pains into working data assets.

Responsabilités

• Own metric definitions and the semantic layer powering our AI-driven self-service in Hex.
• Translate operational pains into working data assets in days – from prototype to production.
• Own the product-facing tables and dashboards used by sponsors, sites, and internal teams.
• Collaborate daily with Product squads, CS, Marketing, and Sponsor/Site Ops.
