Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking an Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer for a full-time position in Toulouse. You will design analog and digital blocks for BMS mixed-signal ICs and support production through silicon debugging and failure analysis.

The role requires strong English and French communication and hands-on experience with SPICE and Cadence. Join a global engineering consultancy delivering US/EU projects and advanced automotive semiconductor solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analog/mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Automotive or high-voltage design exposure is a plus.
• Strong BiCMOS knowledge and robustness focus.
• Proficient with SPICE, Cadence, and EDA tools.

Responsabilités

• Design analog and digital blocks for BMS mixed-signal ICs.
• Develop analog circuitry using high-voltage techniques.
• Ensure ESD and EMC robustness of designs.
• Support silicon debugging and validation activities.
• Use SPICE and Cadence throughout the design cycle.
• Analyze customer feedback and investigate technical issues in production.
• Collaborate with validation and engineering teams across the IC lifecycle.
• Contribute to advanced automotive mixed-signal semiconductor solutions.
