Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Senior Analog Design Engineer to join its expanding Provence team. You will design integrated circuits for automotive applications, leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional R&D teams in an international environment.

The role requires guiding junior engineers, delivering robust design artifacts, and presenting performance results. The position offers a hybrid setup with three days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in microelectronics or electronic engineering is required.
• 6–10 years in analog or mixed-signal IC design with leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Cadence tools.
• Strong understanding of analog layout.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design robust and innovative ICs across the full development cycle.
• Analyse product requirements to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support block-level pre-silicon verification and produce detailed design documentation.
• Lead design-related projects and present performance results.
• Guide layout engineers and mentor junior designers.

• Identify root causes of issues and develop creative solutions.

The ideal profile will have:

• A master’s degree in microelectronics, electronic engineering or a related field


• 6–10 years of industry experience as an analog or mixed signal IC designer, including project leadership experience


• Strong experience using Cadence tools


• A solid understanding of analog layout


• Fluency in English (French is an advantage)
