A leading bio company in Paris is seeking an experienced AI scientist to develop industry-leading AI models for patient response predictions. The ideal candidate will have a PhD or MSc in Machine Learning, a strong publication record, and expertise in Python and generative models. This position offers the opportunity to work with multi-modal biological data in an innovative environment.

Description du poste

Looking to identify an experienced AI scientist for a Bio Company in Paris to help develop their industry-leading AI model.

You will be leading the development of generative models (Transformers, VAEs, GANS, etc) for patient response predictions, utilising multi-modal biological data.

Your profile

• PHD (or MSC with experience) in Machine Learning, Statistics or similar.
• Publication record in top AI Journals (Nature Machine Intelligence, NeurIPS, ICML etc).
• Strong Programming Skill s : Python; Pytorch, JAX
• Experienced with GPU Optimisation
• Experienced with developing generative models and cross-modal generation

If you've worked with multi-omics, imaging, or other related bio-molecular data, this is a plus but isn't essential for this hire.

The ideal candidate will have completed these tasks in an industrial setting.
