Job summary

Kraken in Paris is seeking a senior software engineer to build and run the AI Foundations platform. You will design and ship Python-based services, integrate agents with Slack, Notion and GitHub, and ensure safety, observability and cost efficiency.

The role is hands-on and end-to-end with ownership of deployment on AWS/Kubernetes, collaborating with product teams, and mentoring others to raise the engineering bar. You’ll help Kraken scale an AI platform grounded in trusted knowledge.

Qualifications

• Senior software engineer with end-to-end ownership of complex services.
• Strong production Python skills in cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Build shared AI platform services and runtimes in production.
• Develop and ship agents integrated with Slack, GitHub, Notion and Asana.
• Ground AI in Kraken context to deliver accurate, safe results.
• Define test cases, add tracing, and improve observability.
