DiliTrust is seeking a Software/Product Engineer to join a dedicated squad around Lini, our AI engine powering Ask Lini, Risk Detector, and Document Summarization. You will focus on platform architecture and contribute to building, improving, and scaling features across the suite.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in production
• Significant ownership of features across full lifecycle on long-lived products
• Strong background in complex, scalable web architectures with modularity
• Demonstrated use of coding agents in production work (AI-enabled) with review and control

Responsabilités

• Write durable specs and executable acceptance criteria with non-functional requirements
• Design, develop, and deploy platform-level AI features across the DiliTrust suite
• Own end-to-end delivery: from technical design to production deployment
• Maintain high code quality and ensure safe, scalable deployment of AI capabilities
