DiliTrust is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Lini AI Platform to lead a new squad focused on AI capabilities across the DiliTrust Suite. You will own both technical quality and the human side of the team, shaping architecture and coaching engineers.

You will sit at the intersection of ML, product, and feature engineering, ensuring productive conversations and timely delivery while still writing code ~30% of your time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a significant portion spent building and operating B2B SaaS platforms in production.
• 3+ years managing an engineering team or squad in a product-oriented environment.
• Proven track record of owning technical decisions: architecture, scalability, code quality.
• Background at the intersection of AI or ML and product engineering: you know what it takes to go from a model capability to a production user experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams simultaneously (ML, product, engineering).
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Lini AI Platform engineering squad and own technical quality and people development.
• Coordinate across ML, product, and feature engineering to translate model capabilities into product requirements.
• Review code, enforce engineering standards, and shape architecture decisions.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from scoping to deployment for all Lini-powered features.
• Define integration architecture of Lini across modules and cross-squad initiatives.
