Job summary

DiliTrust is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Lini AI Platform. You will lead a squad focused on AI-powered features across the DiliTrust Suite, bridging ML, product, and engineering. You will own delivery, architecture, and team growth in a global, fast-growing Legal Tech environment.

You will work closely with the Head of Engineering to define the technical roadmap, align priorities, and ensure scalable, high-quality engineering practices. French and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience on B2B SaaS platforms.
• 3+ years in engineering leadership or squad management in a product environment.
• Experience turning model capabilities into production user experiences.
• Strong coordination across ML, product, and engineering teams.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lini AI Platform squad, aligning with ML, product, and feature squads.
• Translate model capabilities into clear product requirements and scope.
• Own engineering standards, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from scoping to deployment.
• Define the integration architecture of Lini across modules and connectors.
• Partner with Head of Engineering on roadmap and hiring.
• Run regular 1:1s and mentor engineers toward senior roles.
• Establish best practices: testing, documentation, CI/CD, observability.
