Mistral AI is seeking an experienced Offensive Security Pentester to safeguard our AI-powered solutions, including agentic apps and cloud infrastructure. You will identify risks, simulate sophisticated threats, and drive secure-by-design practices across product development.

You will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product teams to embed security into every phase of development, shaping resilient and trustworthy systems for our customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of offensive security experience or equivalent demonstrated through achievements.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML security risks and attack surfaces.
• Experience assessing modern tech stacks and cloud/AI integrations.

Responsabilités

• Proactively hunt for vulnerabilities in agentic applications, cloud infra, and models.
• Design and run red and purple team exercises to stress-test defenses.
• Translate offensive insights into actionable improvements with defense teams.
• Conduct in-depth penetration testing across product suites including AI workflows.
• Build and automate offensive tooling to scale impact.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute attacker-informed perspectives to threat modeling and architecture decisions.
