Mistral AI is seeking an experienced Offensive Security Pentester to safeguard our agentic AI products and platforms. You will anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks, embedding an attacker’s mindset into development.

You’ll run red and purple team exercises, test cloud infra, Kubernetes deployments, and AI-driven workflows, and translate findings into concrete improvements for detection and incident response.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in offensive security with proven vuln discovery.
• Deep AI/ML security knowledge including prompt injection.
• Experience with modern stacks and cloud deployments.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Hunt vulnerabilities across agentic apps, cloud, and models.
• Design red and purple team exercises to test defenses.
• Translate findings into improvements for detection and incident response.
• Pen-test product suite including AI-driven workflows.
