NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Customer Success/Partnership Solutions Architect to join its Infrastructure Specialist Team in France. You will lead hands-on analysis, optimize GPU-accelerated systems, and guide enterprise deployments with a focus on reliability and performance.

You will act as a senior technical authority, shape infrastructure strategy, drive cross-functional initiatives, and align projects with SLAs while identifying AI infrastructure opportunities for cloud and enterprise

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in large-scale data center service operations with a focus on infrastructure.
BS/MS/PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills, capable of root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, time management, and ability to lead complex projects and teams.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagements and team collaboration.

Responsabilités

Lead hands-on analysis, optimization, and performance tuning of complex GPU-accelerated systems and AI workloads.
Serve as a senior technical authority on NVIDIA technologies and guide architecture reviews.
Establish monitoring and optimization methodologies using analytics, telemetry, and automation.
Participate in post-deployment reviews and incident retrospectives to improve customer experience and strategy.
Lead complex projects from design through implementation, ensuring SLAs and risk mitigation.
Identify AI infrastructure opportunities in cloud and enterprise environments to drive growth.
