Kpler in Paris is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to join the AI Enablement crew, delivering production-grade AI systems and automation across internal functions. You will own end-to-end deployment, from design to measurement, with a strong emphasis on reliability and cost-effectiveness.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to the AI software factory, and help scale AI adoption across the company, collaborating with stakeholders and champions to turn workflows into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building and operating production systems end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features, agents, or AI tooling to production.
• Strong integration experience: SaaS APIs, internal services, data pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and operate AI systems for internal functions — agents, assistants, and automations.
• Build the shared foundations of the crew's platform: frameworks, knowledge-base pipelines, evaluation tooling, and reusable integrations.
• Work with functional champions to understand workflows and turn them into deployed solutions.
• Implement security guardrails and responsible-AI practices in everything shipped.
