Kpler is hiring a Lead AI Engineer to build and lead the AI Enablement crew, shaping the internal AI tooling and agents used across engineering, IT, and business functions. You will stay hands-on while guiding a growing team, defining architecture, and ensuring secure, scalable AI adoption.

You will partner with stakeholders to deploy LLM-powered solutions, establish engineering standards, and advance AI-enabled development across the company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• Proficient in Python and/or Golang; JVM languages acceptable.
• Hands-on shipping of LLM-powered products or tooling.
• Experience leading a small engineering team or tech lead.
• Integration-heavy engineering using APIs to SaaS and internal systems.
• Knowledge of security, access control, and data privacy for AI.
• Experience with cloud, CI/CD, and observability.

Responsabilités

• Build, lead, and grow the AI Enablement crew with technical direction and people management.
• Own architecture of internal AI tooling: agents, frameworks, and knowledge bases.
• Deliver function-tailored AI solutions with cross-department collaboration.
• Drive the AI software factory: codify standards into rules, skills, and agents.
• Establish security guardrails for AI systems connected to company systems.
• Stay hands-on in designing, building, and shipping critical platform components.
• Define and track internal AI adoption, ROI, and usage metrics.
• Grow AI capability through champions network, sessions, and documentation.
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding for the crew and broader engineering hiring.
