Cafeyn is seeking a Lead Product Designer in Paris to steer the design organization for its multi-platform product. You will manage a small design team, guide strategic design decisions, and ensure the experience is compelling, cohesive, and scalable across iOS, Android, and Web.

You will partner with product, research, and engineering, champion a data-informed design process, and push for AI-enabled improvements while maintaining brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design, including team leadership.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication to international stakeholders.
• Proficient in building scalable design systems and high-fidelity prototypes.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a team of 2 Product Designers.
• Shape Cafeyn's user experience across platforms and user journeys.
• Bridge discovery and delivery with rigorous hand-offs to engineering.
• Ensure designs are brand-compliant, technically feasible, and production-ready.
• Introduce AI tools to speed up design velocity and output quality.
