Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior AI Content Specialist based in France to shape the quality and behavior of conversational AI through training content and rigorous evaluation. The role blends writing, editing, data labeling, and hands-on AI testing, with emphasis on adult-oriented conversations.

You will create datasets, assess chatbot interactions, and recommend improvements to prompts and model behavior while maintaining guidelines and high productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience as Data Annotator, AI Trainer, Editor, Copywriter, or Writer, ideally involving erotic content.
• Industry experience in the adult industry, such as OnlyFans Management (OFM), cam platforms, or erotic content production. This experience is required.
• Hands-on experience with chatbots and large language models (LLMs), including dataset creation, testing, response evaluation, and prompt writing. This experience is required.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail.
• A deep understanding of adult audiences and conversational engagement, including flirting, escalation, and retention dynamics.
• Experience editing data, building training datasets, and performing data labeling and annotation.
• The ability to independently establish content standards covering style, tone, explicitness, and quality criteria.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose chatbot issues and determine whether improvements are needed in datasets, prompts, or model behavior.
• Complete comfort working with explicit content.
• Empathy and an understanding of user psychology, including the ability to recognize what encourages users to engage and continue conversations.
• The ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks while maintaining consistent quality.
• Clear and precise communication skills, particularly when documenting chatbot errors and providing improvement recommendations.
• Experience creating guidelines for data labeling and content editing.
• Spanish or French language skills.

Responsibilities

• Edit and refine text datasets for training AI systems.
• Write original datasets to match conversational style and audience.
• Test chatbot versions, evaluate responses, and provide actionable feedback.
• Label and annotate data to support training and evaluation.
• Create additional creative content as needed for product development.
• Maintain a high production pace of approximately 100 content units per hour with accuracy.
• Establish and maintain guidelines for writing style, tone, explicitness, and quality standards.
• Identify whether chatbot issues originate from training datasets, prompts, or model behavior, and recommend solutions.
• Evaluate conversational effectiveness, including flirting, escalation, engagement, and user retention.
• Provide precise feedback to improve relevance and quality of AI-generated interactions.
