Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend and distributed systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python for building large-scale production systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of LLMs, generative AI architectures, and AI infrastructure (LangChain, litellm, Langfuse, APIs).
• Proven track record architecting and delivering complex, scalable platforms on AWS.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and impact-driven work history.

Responsabilités

• Define technical strategy and architecture for Python-based AI backend platforms (FastAPI) supporting LLM integration and AI pipelines.
• Architect scalable and secure systems on AWS (Lambda, EKS) to serve multiple teams.
• Drive engineering standards for observability, monitoring, and operational excellence across AI services.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize performance, security, and scalability of large-scale AI apps.
• Mentor engineers and lead architecture reviews to raise team quality and delivery.
