Air Liquide Paris is seeking a Staff Engineer to architect the future of AI governance and architecture across Data & AI platforms. You will drive long-term technical roadmaps and mentor engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead the design of scalable cloud data solutions, Knowledge Management, and ADRs, ensuring robust governance and risk mitigation in a fast-moving business environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in system design and architecture.
• Experience with SDLC and scalable AI architectures.
• Knowledge of Data & Knowledge Management systems.

Responsabilités

• Tackle advanced technical challenges with architectural solutions.
• Define and govern long-term AI/DS roadmaps and ADRs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and provide engineering mentorship.
• Promote knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration.
