Job summary

Profile Software Group is seeking a Senior AI Agentic Engineer to own the product vision for Profile One and lead the technical architecture of our AI projects. This hybrid role blends product thinking with hands-on system design across LangGraph, LangChain, and AWS-based stacks.

You will guide an in-house team, partner with external delivery, and drive production readiness, governance, and client-ready deployments in FinTech contexts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with production systems on LLMs or agentic frameworks.
• Strong banking and wealth management domain experience and regulatory awareness.
• Hands-on with agentic frameworks including supervisor / multi-agent patterns.
• Solid AWS engineering background with production AI/ML stacks.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of the agentic platform and agent decomposition.
• Lead implementation across the agent framework stack and tool-calling design.
• Define integration with systems of record and read-side data layers.
• Define and operate evaluation layers with datasets, tests, and reviews.
• Own observability, tracing, SLOs, security reviews, and regulatory alignment.
