Qualifications

• Experience building back-end, infrastructure, or platform systems in production.
• Proficiency in a production back-end language (Python, Go, Rust, Java, or TypeScript).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts (consistency, concurrency, asynchronous processing).
• Experience designing maintainable services and APIs with clear ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate scalable back-end services for agent orchestration and management.
• Build dependable agent runtimes and orchestrate long-running workflows with isolation and security considerations.
• Ensure platform services are reliable, observable, and cost-effective with proper monitoring and tracing.
• Design and operate cloud-native infrastructure on AWS with Kubernetes and container runtimes.
• Collaborate across product, platform, security, and infrastructure teams; provide technical leadership.
