London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking an Agile Developer within IT Shared Services in Paris as a Senior Associate. You will join a diverse team delivering enhancements and fixes with CI/CD discipline, aligned with Product Owner priorities and ensuring reliability and maintainability of code.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in software engineering, strong TDD and agile practice knowledge, and fluent English for daily collaboration with London and global partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development.
• Experience with TDD and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in English and good communication skills.
• Experience with agile practices (Scrum) and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work with Paris, London, Colombo teams and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and estimate impacts of code changes.
• Implement enhancements and fixes per business needs.
• Ensure code conformity and maintainability.
• Improve code quality and participate in process improvements.
• On‑board and train new joiners on the perimeter.
