Jobtailor in France seeks a Senior Developer / Tech Lead to design and implement Java-based modules, drive technical design, and ensure reliable deployments. You will act as a liaison to upskill developers and collaborate with Technical Managers in an agile setting.

The role requires leadership, strong Java/Angular/React experience, and prior work in retail banking or insurance. Fluency in English and a proactive approach to alerting and production readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven Java software design and implementation experience.
• Experience in retail banking or insurance domains.
• Strong English language proficiency and communication.
• Hands-on Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement software modules to be developed
• Carry out or contribute to the overall technical design of the system
• Develop, monitor and ensure the reliability of implementations
• Act as a technical liaison to support Technical Managers in upskilling developers
• Raise alerts as early as possible
• Deploy to production, industrialize and integrate solutions
• Provide maintenance and technical support
• Participate in various studies and estimate development effort and workloads
• Serve as a technical reference for all or part of the application depending on acquired experience
