Job summary

EverAI Limited is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and grow our global affiliate network. You will oversee onboarding, performance analysis, and optimization across multiple digital channels, ensuring scalable client acquisition and strong ROI.

This role is fully remote and requires strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in affiliate marketing, proficiency with Everflow, Looker Studio, and SEMrush, and a data-driven mindset to drive

• Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program.
• Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement, optimize campaigns for better performance, and find opportunities to scale.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network.
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates.
• Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management.

Your Role

Reporting directly to our Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, Hugo, this is what you'll be doing:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported

• Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program

• Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI

• Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement, optimize campaigns for better performance, and find any opportunities to scale

• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network

• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner

Your Qualifications

• Faced strong challenges (Affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, volume drops, etc.)

• Previous experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level

• Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing

• Experience with subscription-based business models

• Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques
