Alan is seeking a rigorous and hands-on accountant to help shape and run its closing production process within the Financial Reporting area. You will ensure numbers are accurate, timely, and trustworthy across the company.

Your role includes running month-end closings, reviewing accounts, maintaining reconciliations, and driving automation with Finance Data. You will handle VAT/URSSAF filings and collaborate with Financial Operations and Data teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• 4–6 years accounting experience minimum.
• Experience with month‑end close and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a strong plus).
• Ability to own a closing cycle end‑to‑end and improve processes.

Responsabilités

• Run month‑end close across multiple entities and post journals in NetSuite.
• Perform first‑level review of balance sheet and P&L accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, up‑to‑date reconciliations across all balance sheet accounts.
• Identify automation opportunities with Financial Data and drive closing improvements.
• Prepare and file VAT returns, URSSAF declarations, and other statutory filings.
