Zusammenfassung

Helios Software Group is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. You will work with the Senior Director of Finance and Head of Finance in a hybrid role with occasional travel to group offices.

This position requires at least 5 years of experience, multi-currency and multi-divisional expertise, and proficiency in Excel and Netsuite. You will lead month-end closes, audits, and management reporting, while coaching AP/AR staff.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with multi-currency and multiple entities.
• Professional bookkeeping/accounting qualification is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.

Aufgaben

• Perform period close tasks and complex journal entries.
• Balance sheet analysis and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Vendors regarding invoices and cost accruals.
• Process payments and ensure proper approvals.
• Lead annual statutory audits and yearly closings.
• Prepare management reporting and KPIs.
• Oversee AP/AR analysts with coaching and onboarding.
• Participate in special projects.
