Responsibilities
  • Customer AI and Security Strategy Leadership
  • Document and articulate the customer’s business objectives, technology landscape, and AI and Security strategy.
  • Technology Relevant Trusted Seller
  • Drive Microsoft Business growth including partner co-sell motions and governance around consumption and intent to use.
  • Technology Leadership across Solution Areas
  • Lead AI (including data and migration) and Security conversations, showcasing how they align with the customer’s business priorities.
  • Manufacturing Industry Knowledge
  • Apply expertise in customer businesses, technology platforms, and industry to build aligned AI strategies that focus on business outcomes.
  • Challenge customer assumptions with constructive dialogue about their business and technology.
  • Apply expertise and thought leadership to develop industry-specific sales kits and collaborate with industry partners.
  • Understand market trends, customer threats, opportunities, and barriers related to the industry.
Qualifications
  • Required (RQs): Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND substantial experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales; OR equivalent experience.
  • Preferred (PQs): Proven experience in the Manufacturing industry and substantial experience in digital transformation or using technology to drive business outcomes.
