WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Ensure day-to-day communication and build long-term relationships with top mobile apps, game developers, and agencies in EMEA.
  • Understand business models & focus areas of clients and be their strategic partner to grow mobile retargeting efforts.
  • Take full accountability for campaign success from onboarding to evergreen status, working closely with Sales and Campaign management teams.
  • Maintain, fulfill, and scale ongoing monthly client budgets.
  • Provide clients with reporting and high-quality presentations, demonstrating the value of Adikteev’s services.
  • Conduct client business reviews, communicate campaign optimizations, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create case studies, product reviews, surveys, etc., to generate value from clients.

You will be a good fit if you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in account management within the AdTech/Gaming industry, ideally in EMEA.
  • Expertise in mobile marketing, with a strong understanding of KPIs, strategy, and industry trends, and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • A customer-obsessed mindset with high standards for service.
  • Good time and priority management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • High ownership and autonomy, with team spirit.
  • Fluent English and Russian; French is a plus.
