Amazon is seeking a Senior Account Manager for PARP in Île-de-France. You will manage and expand our network with major partners in retail, property management, and transportation, owning executive relationships and guiding strategy.

You will lead negotiations, analyze markets, drive expansion, and coordinate across Tech Ops, Accounting, Marketing, Legal, and Product Management to ensure best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Fluent in French (written and spoken).
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience in account management or project management.
• Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time and within scope.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive executive-level relationships with C-level stakeholders across partner organizations.
• Lead complex contract negotiations with Tier1 French / European companies.
• Conduct market analysis and forecasting to shape strategic decisions.
• Maintain ownership of the pickup network and optimize performance and expansion.
• Drive network development, expansions, and contract renewals with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Tech Ops/Installation, Accounting, Marketing, Business Planning, Legal, Product Management).
• Lead business expansion, route-to-market strategies, and new product/service launches.
• Drive offline marketing and advertising campaigns with location partners.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience across all Pickup locations.
