Une entreprise leader en insurtech recherche un Senior Account Manager pour développer et gérer un portefeuille de partenaires stratégiques. Vous serez responsable de la coordination interne et de l’optimisation des relations avec les partenaires. Le candidat idéal aura plus de 8 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de l'assurance, une maîtrise des outils CRM, et sera capable de travailler dans un environnement dynamique tout en équilibant performance et autonomie.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme de Master (Bac+5) en commerce, assurance ou domaine connexe.
  • 8+ années d'expérience en gestion de comptes ou développement commercial.
  • Excellente capacité à gérer des projets complexes avec plusieurs parties prenantes.

Your Mission

As a Senior Account Manager , your mission is to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring strong and profitable long-term relationships with our distribution partners. You’ll act as the central point of contact for internal coordination, commercial performance, and partner satisfaction.

You will :

Manage a portfolio of strategic partners (brokers, MGAs, insurtechs, fintechs, retailers, and marketplaces)

Ensure operational coordination with internal stakeholders (Underwriting, Pricing, Delivery, Compliance, Legal)

Be a key user of Wakam’s internal tools (MyWakam, CRM, AI agents)

Identify and develop upselling, cross-selling , and product extension opportunities

Monitor account profitability and technical performance , working closely with Finance and Underwriting

Represent Wakam in client meetings, steering committees, and industry events

What You Bring

A Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Insurance, or related field

8+ years of experience in Account Management or Business Development within the insurance sector

Excellent commercial acumen and ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects

Proven experience in client relationship management , negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration

Advanced use of CRM and digital tools , with a data-driven mindset

Mandatory fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
