WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Senior Partner Representative to join our Paris Key Sport Team! We will work together to implement both our MPU and Account strategies to build and accelerate our French marketplace. You will create and drive the right assortment for your partner to contribute to our net revenue growth. End-to-end consumer code execution, including sell-in excellence, will be essential. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Senior Partner Representative for Key Sport, you will shape and execute the future of your Field of Play. Developing seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising, ensuring seasonal product flow, and optimizing in-season trading and replenishment to maximize account results.

  • Help create brand impact through partner relationships. Plan your account's business: forecasts and scenario plans using category, consumer, partner, brand, and marketplace knowledge.
  • Manage the partner and marketplace: ensure the best presentation of stories and products at your account (digital & B&M) aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy. Build a seamless online-to-offline consumer experience.
  • Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution by managing the end-to-end business with your account.
  • Support partnership management to meet commercial CFOP goals independently and contribute to team performance.
  • Collaborate on partner (city) experience at sell-in, working closely with cross-functional partners (e.g., merchandising) to deliver excellent partner sell-in experiences.
  • Ensure consistent representation, presence, and collaboration with partners/buyers in the market through retail visits, staff training, and competitor analysis where relevant.

The role will involve increasing sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning, and delivering compelling product and brand presentations.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you will report to the Key Sport Director for France.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5-7 years of overall business experience, including field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales planning, or sales analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • Experience in retail or sales is strongly preferred, or Nike experience in a support role.
  • Proven leadership ability.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the athletic industry and marketplace trends.
  • Understanding of the competitive market, customer, and retail trends.
  • Understanding of Team Sales.
  • Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize profitability.
  • Ability to develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
