Your role's mission :

You play a strategic role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and alignment with business goals. With expertise in recruiting for C-level, VP, and mission-critical roles, you combine technical proficiency, leadership, and a people-centric approach to drive hiring success.

Key Responsibilities :

To support our business growth and achieve sales targets, we are staffing our Sales organization.

As an Account Executive, you will join the Pelico Sales team. Your role will be to open new accounts and drive growth for our company.

Your contacts will include Factory Managers and their operational teams (Supply Chain Managers, Production Controllers, etc.), and you will work closely with other teams like Marketing, Product, and Customer Operations.

Within the MRO Pod, your role is to open new revenue opportunities within the aerospace MRO ecosystem (airlines, MRO shops, OEM service divisions), driving growth through consultative, value-led sales cycles.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with operational and executive stakeholders, demonstrating how Pelico solves real pain points across component turnaround, material planning, and shopfloor visibility.

Location : You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.

Additional Key Responsibilities :

  • Own and drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing within the MRO vertical.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows (TAT, AOG, inspection scheduling, LLP tracking).
  • Articulate how Pelico creates ROI across performance, planning, agility, and traceability.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Product, and Data teams to shape winning solutions.
  • Represent Pelico at key MRO industry events and conferences.
  • Contribute to building the MRO Pods GTM playbook and voice-of-customer strategy.
  • Set up and manage account plans.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
  • Negotiate and close new deals.

  • You hold a Master’s Degree in Business or a related field.
  • You have a proven track record in hunting for new business opportunities, ideally with at least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive in SaaS/B2B.
  • You are interested in our industry and attracted to the world of scaleups.
  • You know how to manage long and complex sales cycles independently, from appointment setting to closing, and are familiar with C-level contacts and negotiations.
  • You are driven by a results-oriented culture.
  • Your efficiency and rigor make you a recognized interlocutor with customers and teams.
  • You are proficient in both English and French, written and spoken.
  • Determination, perseverance, and good listening skills are essential.
  • You are based in Paris.
