Licorne Society recherche un Senior Account Executive pour rejoindre une startup dynamique et en pleine croissance. Vous serez chargé de gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vente pour développer notre clientèle en France et à l'international. Ce poste exige une solide expérience en vente B2B, avec une expertise dans le secteur de la mode et du retail. Qualifications

  • Expérience de 6 ans minimum en ventes B2B complexes.
  • Capacité à gérer des cycles de vente longs de 6 à 12 mois.
  • Experience dans le secteur de la mode ou du luxe est valorisée.

Mission and key responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales profiles to join our team.You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and driving our growth in a highly competitive environment. This role requires a proven track record in consultative selling, particularly within the fashion and retail sectors, and the ability to expand our client base internationally.

Your responsibilities will focus on:

️ Full Sales Cycle Management:

  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, track progress, and forecast sales accurately.

️ Sales Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals in France, Europe, and the US.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine sales approaches and identify growth opportunities.

️ Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with medium to large clients in the fashion and retail industry.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

️ International Expansion:

  • Drive the expansion of our client base outside of France, focusing on key markets in Europe and the US.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enter new markets, including establishing partnerships and adapting sales tactics to different regions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in complex B2B sales (ideally with previous experience in a startup or a highly dynamic and competitive market).
  • A proven track record in managing long sales cycles (6-12 months) and requests for proposal processes.
  • A strong conviction regarding the social and environmental issues related to the textile and retail industry.
  • An affinity for the fashion and luxury sector is essential (experience in the industry is valued).
  • Demonstrated performance of predicting and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • 1st round: Video call with the co-founder. 30 minutes.
  • 2nd round: Case study with the co-founder and fit interview with the second co-founder. 1.5 hours.
  • 3rd round: Meeting with the marketing manager, and the customer success manager. 1 hour.
  • 4th round: Negotiation and package definition. 30 minutes.
