Description du poste

As a Senior Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you will engage directly with small to medium-sized businesses, helping them grow. You will use proactive and inbound selling strategies to find and close new business and increase customer usage of the HubSpot platform over time. Your knowledge of digital transformation and change management will enable you to act as a trusted advisor and business consultant, managing the sales process end-to-end with clients.

Responsibilities of a Senior Account Executive:

  • Develop and be responsible for your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan.
  • Identify new prospects through inbound and self-sourced leads.
  • Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
  • Close new business and manage existing accounts to meet or exceed quotas monthly.
  • Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, including direct engagement with C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to adapt sales strategies as new features and products are introduced.
  • Deliver online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.

Role requirements:

  • 4-5 years in a quota-carrying role.
  • Professional fluency in English and French.
  • Experience in complex selling environments.
  • Proven ability to present and pitch to C-level executives regarding business change.
  • Management of monthly and annual pipelines with accurate forecasting.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Training or certification in standardized sales methods (e.g., Sandler).

  • Genuine curiosity about business and technology.
