One of my clients, a leading e-commerce automation platform for multi-channel expansion in the European market, is looking for a senior enterprise account executive for the DACH MARKET. They help businesses streamline their product data management, optimize online sales performance, and expand into new markets. They are on a mission to empower e-commerce businesses to accelerate their growth.
As part of their ambitious growth plan, they are looking for an enterprise Account Executive to join their team and drive customer acquisition across high-potential brands, merchants, and enterprise accounts.
1. Strategic Positioning and Prospecting
- Identify and target high-potential accounts and merchants based in the DACH region;
- Develop tailored prospecting plans informed by market trends and customer requirements;
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Partner teams, Product, and Management to attract new customers.
2. Full Sales Cycle Management
- Lead end-to-end sales processes: from discovery calls to product demos, negotiations, and contract signings;
- Showcase the platform and its product offerings as strategic solutions to e-commerce challenges, addressing pain points, and delivering measurable ROI;
- Exceed individual sales KPIs, including lead-to-deal conversion rates and revenue targets;
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, positioning the company as their preferred e-commerce partner;
- Identify cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio to drive recurring revenue growth.
3. Reporting and Optimization
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunities in HubSpot;
- Analyze monthly performance reports, highlighting progress, key wins, and areas for improvement;
- Provide insights to the leadership team to refine sales strategies and market approaches.
Note: German native is mandatory!
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or e-commerce sales with a focus on new business acquisition;
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals with enterprise clients;
- Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem, including marketplaces, shopping feeds, price intelligence, and advertising platforms;
- Experience working with retailers, brands, or digital agencies is a strong plus;
- Ability to engage C-level executives and technical teams effectively;
- Innovative approach to sales, experimenting with new methods to achieve results;
- Data-driven decision-making to identify trends and opportunities.
